  2. Check for return confirmation in your email. We will email you when your return has arrived to us and issue your refund.
  3. Confirm your refund. Check that your refund amount is correct.

FREE REPLACEMENT

Not the color you wanted?

If the lip balm you receive is not the color you expected don’t worry! We’ll replace your lip balm with another lip balm of your choice free of charge. Contact us to replace your lip balm now.

NO RETURN REFUND

For refunds within 30 days of your purchase please complete the form below.

If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your order you do not have to ship your return back to us. Please send the form below for refund.

We must verify the refund request is valid. Refund recipient name (below) and billing name (from order) must be the same in order for us to issue a refund without return.

If your purchase date is beyond the 30-day mark simply return your purchase to receive a full refund.
